Meet Our Chef
Justin Lambert is the Director of Dining Services at Sugar Fork Crossing. With over 27 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Justin has learned that solid, unwavering standards, integrity in every plate, and innovation will create some of the fondest memories around the table. With experience opening multiple restaurants, including earning titles like Best Service and Best Steak in multiple geographic locations, Justin brings his flare to the residents at Sugar Fork Crossing by ensuring that meals nourish each resident’s wellbeing, energize their palates, and foster community. Justin enjoys hosting Teaching Kitchens because they are a great way for residents to celebrate food, community, and lifelong learning. In his spare time, Justin enjoys hiking and camping.

Food brings us all together. It is a powerful medium capable of elevating culture and nourishing us in our everyday lives. Dining deserves a central role in storytelling efforts; both within and outside our community. For our residents, that means we continue to create unique and vibrant experiences with each and every meal.
The Duet Hospitality team at Sugar Fork Crossing is all about meeting people where they are in today’s world, both physically and emotionally. That is why they have been offering our teaching kitchens virtually. Teaching Kitchens are a great hands-on program where residents can explore food, culinary and nutritional literacy to positively impact food choices—especially when they feature Superfoods! Superfoods are foods that provide health benefits beyond their basic nutrient content. Residents are drawn to recipes that include nutrient-dense foods that give them more benefits for their calories.
We encourage our residents to bring one of their own recipes to our kitchen. Every resident has a story where a delicious family recipe stole the show. We want to know about it here at Sugar Fork Crossing and relive that memory with you while we indulge in your favorite recipes and share stories around the dinner table.
