The team members at Sugar Fork Crossing are the bread and butter of our community. They are why so many people can call Sugar Fork Crossing home. So who are these wonderful team members and what role do they play in making our community great? We want you to meet the leaders of our community that make it all possible.
Trina Harris is our Sales Counselor at Sugar Fork Crossing. She has been in Business Development, Marketing and now in her current role as Sales Counselor. Trina has 20 years of experience in our industry and brings knowledge from previous roles with her. She has 20 years of sales experience, 15 years of business management, and 10 years of elderly care. Trina loves to make the resident’s lives better, “I used to own my own business as a Personal Home Care Provider in Georgia. I was able to impact the lives of my residents and their families.” When Trina is not at work she loves to travel and see new parts of the world, spend time with her family, and loves being a grandmother.
Justin Lambert is the Director of Dining Services here at Sugar Fork Crossing. Justin is a huge asset to our team. He comes with 25 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Justin loves working with the resident’s day-to-day. He gets creative in making sure the residents can have familiar food that they grew up with to make Sugar Fork Crossing home. “I most recently made for the community an orange fluff recipe from a resident.” Justin listens to the resident’s likes and dislikes to create a program that incorporates something for everyone. “The residents recently voted on grilled steak, and we delivered.” When Justin is not cooking it up in the kitchen where he is enjoying great food, great friends, and road trips.
Susan Waymire is our Executive Director at Sugar Fork Crossing. Susan brings 30 years of experience in the Long Term Care industry. She began her career as a Business Office Consultant and went on to get her Health Facility Administrator’s license. Susan’s favorite thing about her job is listening to the resident’s stories. She says “the stories help me to know our residents and what makes their day special”. She also enjoys getting to know the staff and inspiring them to do all they can for the residents and working with them towards personal goals. Susan is looking forward to meeting everyone and putting faces with names now that our community has re-opened for visitors.
