At Sugar Fork Crossing, enjoying the company of your friends and neighbors around a delicious meal is one of life’s simple pleasures. Our partnerhsip with Duet Hospitality, offers a wide range of meals and menus to delight and stimulate residents, families and team member's senses in our community. Memory care isn't a one-size-fits-all type of care. Rhythms Dementia understands this and offers a person-centered, holistic care plan that aims to support residents and their families. Each individual has a natural rhythm to their lives, and our team members are specially trained to adapt to their wants and needs to provide personalized compassionate care.
Our life enrichment philosophy at Sugar Fork Crossing is based on four key components of healthy aging: Social, Intellectual, Inspirational, and Physical. Each life enrichment program we offer supports these components and our goal of supporting each person’s success in these areas. We believe that each individual, no matter where they are in their successful aging journey, has the ability to create, contribute and awaken their passions.
As we age, our daily physical movements start to decline and in return are a big factor in more and more falls and injuries. Moving as we age is even more important than when we were young in order to sustain strength, balance and flexibility. Movement 4 Life, as the name implies, emphasizes the importance of moving throughout the day, every day and incorporating 4 key movements to enhance your physical health.
